Pretties

Lately Ava has become obsessed with what she refers to as "pretties". A pretty is anything that Ava thinks makes her more pretty. These items include things such as: bracelets, necklaces, clothes, markers, shoes, bobby pins, hair clips, hair elastics...etc. Her absolute favorite "pretties" is my collection of lipstick and lipgloss. So, today...unbeknownst to me, she found a bag that had a bunch in it and decided to "do her makeup". She was in her room "reading books" while I was doing my hair. She came running into the bathroom saying MOM! MOM! WATCH! (which means...look at me!) And this is what I saw..... very pretty Ava, very pretty.
